We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician with a valid Indiana plumbing license and strong experience in residential electrical work. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional who can work independently, deliver high-quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service. This position is full-time and involves travel to client homes throughout the region. Responsibilities: • Perform residential plumbing and electrical service work, diagnostics, and repairs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with fixtures, wiring, outlets, breakers, and other systems. • Complete installation of plumbing and electrical systems in accordance with local and state codes. • Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues, proposed solutions, and service outcomes. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions. • Ensure proper safety protocols and company standards are followed on all job sites. • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and report maintenance needs as necessary. Requirements: • Valid Indiana plumbing license. • Proven experience as an electrician in residential settings. • Strong knowledge of Indiana plumbing and electrical codes. • Ability to work independently and manage a schedule without supervision. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Must have a valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record. • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. • Physical ability to lift, bend, crawl, and perform tasks in confined spaces or at heights. Preferred Qualifications: • Cross-training or certifications in HVAC or other home services. • Experience with service dispatching apps or job management platforms.
