Job Summary: As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead a team of journeyman electricians and helpers, overseeing all aspects of electrical functions such as planning, diagramming, installing, and repairing electrical systems. You will ensure compliance with local electrical codes while providing input on electrical plans and managing their implementation and maintenance. Education and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • A minimum of five years of related experience or training is essential. • Supervisory experience is a strong advantage. • Electrical Journeyman license is highly preferred. • NCEER certification is strongly preferred. Skills and Abilities: • Proficient in reading blueprints. • Experienced in running conduit and wiring. • Capable of troubleshooting issues efficiently. • Skilled in safe use of tools and equipment. • Effective communicator both individually and within a team. • Professional in managing disruptions. • Adept at terminating devices. • Strong knowledge of installing electrical systems in new construction settings. • Able to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects. • Capable of ascending/descending ladders safely. • Resilient in handling stress and job demands. • Collaborative team player.
