Position Overview: We’re hiring a Working Electrical Superintendent who can take ownership of jobsite operations—leading crews, coordinating with the office, and jumping on the tools when needed. This role is ideal for someone who has strong field leadership experience but still enjoys being hands-on in the field. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead field crews on commercial/industrial job sites. • Work with tools alongside your team—especially on key phases or to help drive schedules. • Manage jobsite logistics, materials, and workflow to keep projects on track. • Communicate daily with project managers to align schedules, labor, and materials. • Ensure safety standards and quality control are upheld at all times. • Interpret blueprints, specs, and code requirements in the field. • Mentor apprentices and journeymen; foster a productive, team-oriented jobsite. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed journeyman electrician. • Prior experience running crews or serving as a foreman or superintendent. • Strong working knowledge of NEC and local codes. • Ability to lead by example—with both leadership and technical skills. • Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats: leading, organizing, and building. • Valid electrical license (State of Kentucky). • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
