Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead field crews on commercial/industrial job sites. • Work with tools alongside your team—especially on key phases or to help drive schedules. • Manage jobsite logistics, materials, and workflow to keep projects on track. • Communicate daily with project managers to align schedules, labor, and materials. • Ensure safety standards and quality control are upheld at all times. • Interpret blueprints, specs, and code requirements in the field. • Mentor apprentices and journeymen; foster a productive, team-oriented jobsite.
