Industrial Journeyman Electrician

Klein Products is looking for a motivated individual to join our maintenance team: • $24.00 p/h plus, depending on experience. • Day Shift. • Mon - Fri. (Off majority Sat/Sun). • Hours 40-45. (Generally). Industrial Journeyman Electrician Requirements: • 5+ years' experience. • A self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, career-minded individual with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. • Positive attitude. • Knowledge of 480-240-volt 3-phase and 240/120 single-phase. • Working on all types of metal fabrication equipment. • Electronic programming is preferred. • Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics drawings. • State electrical license preferred but not required. • Leadership skills are preferred but not required. • Performs other duties as assigned. Electrical Designer

LU-VE GROUP is a global leader in the development and production of industrial and commercial heat exchangers. Currently we are expanding our plant in Jacksonville TX to 220,000 sq ft. and we will continue to strategically grow our product and service offering to the North American markets. Job Summary Key Responsibilities: • Development of new projects for the electrical equipment of machines, in compliance with current regulations. • Design and development of special orders in the field of Industrial Refrigeration and Industrial Cooling. • Selection of components for electrical systems based on project specifications and industry standards. • Creation of electrical diagrams using electrical CAD software. • Preparation of bill of materials (BOM) for component management. • Coding of necessary components in the management system. • Technical development using 3D CAD (Inventor) and 2D CAD (AutoCAD). • Management of control systems, including programming of parametric control boards and electronic fans. • Coordination with the Sales, Order Handling, Research, Production, and Purchasing departments to ensure effective alignment of respective processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Educational qualification: High school diploma (technical-electrical specialization) or degree in Electrical Engineering. • Highly preferred within the HVAC, air conditioning, or industrial control systems sectors. • Familiarity with key industry regulations and standards, with a strong understanding of the specific regulatory requirements. • Good knowledge of software for creating electrical diagrams. • Experience using 3D CAD software, preferably Inventor. • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities. • Good interpersonal and communication skills. Senior Electrical Project Manager - Data Center Projects

Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction Are you ready for your next challenge as a Senior Project Manager within the Data Center Construction industry? In this role, you will lead a team to manage the construction of large-scale Data Centers. Reporting to a Director or Vice President. You will oversee project management, estimating, billing, collections, team development. Essential Job Responsibilities: • Compliance with company, client, and project policies • Job site safety and adherence to company national policies • Generate estimates, review project proposals • Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements • Collaborate with the customer to clarify and meet expectations before, during, and after project completion • Coordinate activities of staff and subcontractors • Work directly with vendors to ensure timely procurement and delivery • Lead efforts for billing early and collecting often • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address issues • Develop and maintain strong client and employee relationships • Assist leadership in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project • Provide consistent reports and updates to senior management • Forecast financial direction to course correct as needed • Develop project scopes and budgets • Manage RFPs and Change Management Forms • Mentor subordinates to support their development • Internal drive for continuous growth both personally and professionally Education & Experience REQUIRED • 10+ years of Construction Project Management experience • 5+ years of Electrical Project Management for large scale, complex IT/Telecommunications Infrastructure projects, including Data Centers installations • Experience with Data Center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-out • Experience with retrofits in operational facilities and cross-discipline critical facility systems • Strong computer skills and quick to learn new systems • Ability to work calmly under deadlines and external pressure • Commitment to continuous improvement of communication, organization and leadership skills • Effective scheduling and delegation to accomplish tasks on time • Tactful conflict resolution and problem solving abilities • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
