Craftsmen Contractors is looking to hire experienced Electrical Technicians, Electricians, Apprentices and Helpers for the Minden, La. area. This project is for a manufacturing facility that builds data centers, telecommunication enclosures, skids, buildings and steel structures for the fiber, utility and industrial markets. Starting pay rate is $16.50 - $31/hr. depending on experience. Weekly pay by direct deposit. Work schedule: day shifts Monday thru Friday and every other Saturday when needed. Job Duties: • Read and interpret blueprints. • Perform operational checks. • Install wire for complex configurations. • Bend and install conduit, rigid & EMT. • Troubleshoot, diagnose & repair. • Install complex conduit configurations per blueprint specifications using appropriate tools. • Mount electrical boxes, fixtures, and enclosures. • Stock and set up electrical wire carts. • Pull wire through conduit to create ground connections. • Install and cover receptacles and switches.
