Apprentice Electrician

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the supervision of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist with various electrical tasks on construction sites, learning the skills necessary to advance in the field. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. • Work with power tools and hand tools to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. • Follow all safety protocols and adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. • Support experienced electricians in troubleshooting electrical issues, including low voltage and high voltage systems. • Participate in framing carpentry as needed for electrical installations. • Utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure proper function of electrical components. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites. Electrical Technician

Envoltz is looking for a motivated and technical individual to join our electrical team. In this position you will have an involved role in the electrical assembly, wiring, and testing of state-of-the-art mobile equipment and battery power solutions. Job Responsibilities: • Read and interpret electrical schematics/wiring diagrams • Mark up schematics and communicate appropriately to provide feedback to engineering to ensure accuracy of “as built” schematics • Install and assemble electrical and electromechanical parts on the equipment • Wire equipment based on internally set best practices (crimping, soldering, looming, heat shrinking, sealing, labeling, etc.) • Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring based on job specifications • Execute testing plans and quality control checks for equipment • Work with all departments to continually develop and improve processes and standards • Follow all safety procedures and protocols • Works independently, with other members of the electrical team, and with other shop employees depending on the project or task • Reports directly to the Electrical Shop Manager Job Qualifications: • Education: High School Graduate or GED (Required) • Education: Associates Degree or Technical Certification (Preferred) • Experience: Minimum 2 years of Electrical Systems (Preferred) Desired Skills/Traits: • Hands-on interest in electromechanical equipment • Electrical schematics • Interest in programming and computers • Creative problem-solving mindset • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Detail-oriented and organized • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic Company DescriptionEnvoltz engineers and manufactures advanced mobile equipment as well as battery powered solutions used in many different industries. WE LOVE OUR WORK.: General Accountabilities: • Responsible for the operations and maintenance of equipment to provide utilities such as light, heating, air conditioning, and room maintenance. • Schedules inspections and maintenance on equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication. • Responsible for all general maintenance and repair of minor problems throughout the building as directed by a supervisor. • Ensures adherence to OSHA regulations and internal safety policies and procedures. • Performs minor structural repairs including sheet rock, doors, trim, and plumbing. • Reports inventories and work schedules to maintenance supervisor every day. • Maintains engineering for HVAC, ductwork, piping, plumbing, and fire protection. • Reviews assigned work orders and determines work priorities. • Installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations. • Repairs, rods, cleans, adjusts, and removes plumbing fixtures, line vents, and/or drains as needed, to ensure proper operation and sanitation. • Makes minor electrical repairs, including but not limited to repair and replacement of outlets, light fixtures, and equipment; ensures adequate lighting in all areas by replacing lights as needed. Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors, and pumps; performs painting, carpentry, and upholstery work as required. • Installs and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles. • Performs preventive maintenance to equipment on a scheduled basis.
