Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. You will ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes, and consult with clients and other construction professionals to provide expert advice and solutions. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. 4. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. 5. Consult with clients, engineers, and other construction professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. 6. Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. 7. Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit or moving or lifting heavy objects. 8. Provide preliminary sketches or cost estimates for materials or services. 9. Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring or equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes. Qualifications: 1. Must have a valid Journeyman Electrician license. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience with Rigid Conduit, Bending Conduit, and Running Conduit. 4. Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes, and safety procedures. 5. Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and consulting skills. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and other construction professionals. 7. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. 8. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions. 9. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 11.
