Additional services also include: CNC Machining Heat Treating Surface Coating Pattern Shop Fabrication Key registrations and certifications: UEI: H5BYTBFM2LY1 CAGE: 5EX36 Primary NAICS: 331511 - Iron Foundries Secondary NAICS: 333994 ISO 9001:2015 Key Responsibilities • Assist in the repair and maintenance of all plant and equipment electrical systems. • Work on plant electrical distribution systems, PLCs, including motor controls, hydraulics, distribution panels, ducts, disconnects, and transformers. • Handle complex machine control systems, including relay or solid-state logic. • Determine sources of electrical problems and take corrective action. • Ensure that electrical installations comply with applicable codes. • Wear prescribed safety equipment and observe all safety policies. • Utilize standard testing meters and instruments related to the position. • Lift up to 60 lbs on a continuous basis. Required Skills & Qualifications • State of Texas Master Electrician License. • 4 - 6 years of previous industrial electrical experience. • Working knowledge of 480V systems. • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot existing equipment. • Proficiency in using standard electrical testing meters and instruments. • Completion of pre-employment physical specific to the department. • Completion of company orientation and safety training. • Completion of the quality training program.
