Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am with Overtime as needed Schedule: Monday - Thursday (Every other Thursday based on production) Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742 As our Maintenance Electrical Mechanic 3, you will: • Work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks; troubleshoot/repair equipment and facility failures, while following all safety and quality control standards. • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain plant machinery and production equipment such as valves, conveyors, compressors, pumps, pneumatic hydraulics and boilers. • Troubleshoot, repair or replace control devices such as switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, pushbuttons, contactors, motor starters etc. as needed. • Enter work orders in the department software tracking program. • Responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial or commercial electrical systems and equipment. • Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments. • Operate welders, drill press, grinder, hand tools, lathes, mills and other tools as necessary following standard operating procedures, (SOPs). • Fabricate parts and modify new and existing equipment. • Repair and/or troubleshoot electrical problems. • Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures . • Work on facilities tasks as needed. • Open availability to be ‘called in’ to work for emergencies or after hours projects. • Drive company vehicles as needed. • All other duties as assigned.
