Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Proficient interpretation and application of utilities blueprints as applied to the electrical scope • Follows all live-work policies & procedures • Interprets & applies requirements of NEC for all installations, including special systems & occupancy • Able to read UBC, NFPA-72, NFPA-70E, construction safety orders and all applicable code requirements proficiently • Investigates or assists in investigation and reporting of near misses, incidents & injuries involving jobsite employees Under General supervision employee has the ability to demonstrate the following competencies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Supervises, directs, monitors, trains and works alongside one Electrician Trainee and/or one Apprentice delegated to assist him/her to ensure a safe and timely completion of assignment(s) • Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of trade related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, basic calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation & troubleshooting • Operates any hand and power tools and equipment necessary to perform all trade associated assignments • Effectively communicates technical information with peers, assistants, project supervision & other trades • Proficient at the interpretation and application of electrical blueprints, shop drawings and details. • Proficient interpretation and application of architectural blueprints as applied to the electrical scope • Proficient interpretation and application of civil blueprints as applied to the electrical scope • Proficient interpretation and application of structural blueprints as applied to the electrical scope • Proficient interpretation and application of plumbing blueprints as applied to the electrical scope • Completes multi-task assignments involving all aspects of the trade via verbal and written instructions, field sketches, schematics, one-line diagrams & blueprint reference • Able to generate complete tools & materials list for assigned task(s) • Performs assignment lay-outs and preparation for installation via verbal and written instructions, field sketches & blueprint reference • Instructs employees assisting him/her in the correct operation of tools and equipment, safe work practices, electrical principles & applicable NEC • Provides useful input on employee evaluations • Able to perform troubleshooting and problem resolution in electrical circuits, systems & equipment in situations where the EEW policy does not apply (where no shock or arc flash hazard exist and no permit is required) • Performing metering and testing up to 480-volts maximum in situations where the EEW policy does not apply (where no shock or arc flash hazard exist and no permit is required) • Is proficient with the use of the volt meter • Is proficient with the use of the ammeter in situations where the EEW policy does not apply (where no shock or arc flash hazard exist and no permit is required) • Is proficient with the use of the insulation/resistance meter • Demonstrates a positive attitude and eagerness to learn the trade • Demonstrates reliability and initiative • Abides by Rex Moore's company rules, policies and safety requirements and reports all violations and incidents to immediate supervisor or safety manager • Performs all tasks in a timely manner to meet production standards What's in it for You? The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Frequently exposed to vibrations, moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, machines, dust and chemicals. Service Technician/Electrician

Job Overview: Full-Time Electrical Service Technician We are seeking a full-time service technician with a strong background in electrical systems, specializing in low-voltage applications. The ideal candidate will install, repair, and maintain machinery, train customer production workers on routine preventative maintenance, and demonstrate proficiency in pneumatic, electric, low-voltage, and other systems. The role includes diverse customer support tasks and project management responsibilities. We are looking for someone with experience programming and troubleshooting PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers), such as Allen Bradley and Siemens and designing or modifying HMI's (Human-Machine Interfaces) for a specific application. Key Responsibilities: • Read detailed schematics for complex machines. • Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical and electrical devices in operation. • Prepare maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. • Communicate findings to customers and provide preventative maintenance solutions, both written and verbally. • Obtain a forklift license. • Travel 35% of the time, primarily within the U.S., with possible international travel. • Lift up to 50 lbs and work safely on ladders, in lifts, and at heights. • Provide customer support, including quoting, shipping, stocking, repairing spare parts, machinery, and shop supplies. • Troubleshoot, set up, and install processing equipment. • Install and maintain wiring, control, and electrical systems, including low-voltage systems, with a variety of testing devices. • Assist management with daily operational activities. • Support project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues using internal work order system. • Work face-to-face with customers regularly, providing equipment operation and maintenance training, and start-up support. • Complete daily service work logs and service tickets accurately and promptly. Experience: • Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role with a focus on electrical systems. • Strong understanding of mechanics and the ability to read schematics. • Previous electrical experience is a must. • Extensive experience with low-voltage electrical systems and components. • Proficiency in identifying and resolving electrical issues, particularly in low-voltage applications. • Experience in processing equipment maintenance is a plus. • Familiarity with field service operations is preferred. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. (Official Title: Utility Technician) We are looking for someone who is highly experienced with residential electric work. Everything from rough-in to finish work on a new, residential construction. As a Residential Electrical Assistant at FRAMEWORK FIRST, you should be proficient in doing all rough-in electrical, from running wires to setting receptacle boxes and lights (ex. can lights). As well as finish electrical, installing receptacles, light switches and light fixtures. The Residential Electrical Assistant can be expected to work in a fast-paced environment working on various accessory dwelling unit (ADU) models offered by FRAMEWORK FIRST. You will join a team of Utility Technicians who are responsible for all electrical work on our homes. FRAMEWORK FIRST is searching for exceptional talent that would like to join our team and grow in a long-lasting relationship as we expand. Join other team members in growing and utilizing our systemized approach for building new homes. Once the house is framed, you should be able to confidently do all rough-in electrical, according to current code with a high standard of quality. Residential Electrical Assistant should also be capable of setting finishes (such as receptacles, light switches, and light fixtures of all different types). About 90% of work is done indoors at the FRAMEWORK FIRST factory, which allows for better work conditions, less travelling to job site, and consistent work that is not dependent on weather.
