Journeyman Electrician – Fort Hood (Killeen, TX)

Start Date: Monday, November 17th or as soon as possible Location: Fort Hood – Killeen, Texas Hours: 48 hours per week (6 days a week, 8-hour shifts) Pay: $37/hour + $125/day per diem Duration: 1 month (potential for extension) Job Description: We are seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for Device Trim-Out work on a project located at Fort Hood in Killeen, TX. This is a great short-term opportunity with strong compensation and the possibility for continued work. The role you'll contribute: Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems for the organization. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility. The value you'll bring to the team: Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs electrical problems. Diagnosis and repair system malfunctions on all electrical equipment as scheduled or needed under general supervision Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes Responds to in-house work orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs.
