Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for execution of electrical scopes across a project, including planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of all electrical personnel • Manpower forecasting and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work • Coordinates work with client representatives and communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations • Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines • Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, timesheets, manpower forecasts, testing logs, and project closeout documents • Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards • Consistently completes projects on schedule and within budget Position Requirements: • At least six (6) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred. • Possess an active State Electrical license • Must have ability to run medium-size projects (4-10 electricians) • Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: • $100,000 - $140,000 annual compensation • This is based on experience, electrical license, etc. • This includes vehicle allowance, paid housing fuel card, per diem and a best-in-class bonus program.
