The role you'll contribute: Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems for the organization. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility. The value you'll bring to the team: Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs electrical problems. Diagnosis and repair system malfunctions on all electrical equipment as scheduled or needed under general supervision Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes Responds to in-house work orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Lead Electrician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial electrical work but residential work is also a plus, with expertise in rough ins and finish/trim outs building services, running conduit, and reading blueprints, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and be able to work alone or with a team to complete projects. The Lead Electrician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency while executing electrical installations, renovations, and repairs. Duties • Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians on-site to ensure timely project completion. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC standards. • Able to run conduit emt, rigid, pvc etc. • Able to lift 30-50lbs and ability to pull wire and install equipment. • Utilizing Lifts, Trenchers, Mini Ex's and boom lifts or atleast willing to learn and use. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues. • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to determine project specifications. • Work with high voltage and low voltage systems as required by project needs. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Provide guidance and training to junior electricians on best practices in electrical work. • Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to facilitate smooth project execution. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress. • Self Motivated and able to work alone or with a team to lead. • Most of our work is in central Texas but we do travel to Austin, Waco, Marble Falls. Qualifications • Proven experience as a commercial electrician with a strong understanding of electrical systems. • Familiarity with renovation projects and construction site protocols. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. • Underground Rough In Experience. • Experience in Residential is a plus. • Strong knowledge of safety practices related to high voltage work. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Valid electrician’s license or certification is preferred.
