The role you'll contribute: Performs the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems for the organization. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility. The value you'll bring to the team: Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs electrical problems. Diagnosis and repair system malfunctions on all electrical equipment as scheduled or needed under general supervision Coordinates and performs testing of electrical systems as required by codes Responds to in-house work orders and PMs on daily basis, and in a timely manner Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs. Maintains record ensuring compliance with TJC, Federal, State and Local regulations and standards. Maintenance Electrician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both industrial and commercial electrical systems, with experience in renovation and construction environments. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Qualifications • Troubleshooting skills of Motor Controller Cabinets, and Pressure, Flow and Temperature Instrumentation, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) • Outstanding safety and attendance record. • Strong background in utilizing test equipment such as Multimeters (Flukes), O’scopes, and Profibus Addresser. • Military Experience, Civilian Certifications or Technical Degree in automation/control circuits, coupled with extensive experience in power distribution. • Proficiency in TIA Portal/Step 7/LogiCAD/XPact preferred. • Exceptional communication skills. • Prior experience with overhead bridge cranes is advantageous.
