Electrician Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical work Have familiarity and understanding of NEC electrical code. Have OSHA 10 training completed Ability to stay on task and perform installations efficiently Able to properly terminate all types of electrical equipment Ability to plan, measure, cut, bend, thread, construct and install electrical conduit Ability to work on or construct distribution systems Ability to troubleshoot single and 3 phase electrical problems Understanding of testing and measurement of electrical systems Understanding of and ability to design/install control systems wiring a plus Understanding of VFDs, ECMs, PLCs a plus Excellent workmanship and craftsmanship Strong understanding of electrical parts and equipment for this work Strong desire to provide excellent customer service Any potential member of our team must be capable of: Install, repair, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on lighting systems, electrical systems and apparatus, panel boards, outdoor lighting, construction projects, etc. Work on residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial job sites Work in all elements of weather depending on job location, time of year: heat, cold, rain and snow Must be able to read and interpret maps, instructional manuals, specifications, work site directions, blueprints and written instructions Be accountable for all equipment, materials and tools on the work vehicle and job site Maintain clean and orderly work sites Work 40-hour work week with occasional overtime/after hours as needed Must have good verbal and written communication skills Must prioritize safety Attend educational and training classes when required High standard of integrity and professionalism Organizational skills with attention to detail and timely follow through Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision Have and maintain a current, valid and in good standing Driver's License Compensation & Benefits $22-32 / hr., depending on experience and skill level Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement with company match Paid time off and holidays This is a full time position
