We are seeking an experienced Foreman / Senior Electrician / Master Electrician to join our team and oversee field operations. Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced electrician with at least 3–5 years in a senior, foreman, or master electrician role. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to manage crews on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, to code, and at the highest quality standard. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and leadership in our expanding company. Salary: $25 – $30 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage crews on commercial lighting retrofit and upgrade projects. • Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national electrical codes. • Conduct on-site inspections to verify quality, safety, and efficiency. • Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure schedules are met. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation. • Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. • Maintain proper documentation for each project. • Ensure all work areas are safe and compliant with OSHA standards. Qualifications Must have at least 3–5 years in a Foreman, Senior Electrician, or Master Electrician role. Valid electrician’s license (Master Electrician license preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and code compliance. Experience with commercial lighting upgrades / retrofits a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
