Qualifications & Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an apprenticeship program or trade school preferred. • Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations). • 5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing electrical work. • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, industrial controls, PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls. • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics. • Proficiency with electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures. • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
