Marine Electrical/Electronics Technician

Description: Position Summary Seattle Yachts is seeking an experienced Marine Electrical/Electronics Technician to join our Anacortes service team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical and electronic systems on a wide variety of marine vessels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marine electrical experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a passion for the marine industry. Requirements: Responsibilities • Perform maintenance and repairs on marine electrical systems, including generators, navigation, and communication systems. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within electrical and electronic systems. • Install new electronics and upgrade or integrate existing systems as required. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts utilized. • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and team members to ensure timely and efficient service. • Follow all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marine electrical work or a related field. • Strong electrical aptitude and proven problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
