We’re hiring an 01 or 02 Journeyman Electrician with at least 4 years of residential experience. Our electricians work as part of a team that repairs and remodels homes, apartments, and small commercial buildings. Our electrical services include knob and tube wiring inspections and repair, service upgrades, whole house rewiring, light and ceiling fan installation, thermostat wiring, electrical heater repair, outlet and light switch wiring, floor heater installation, electrical safety assessments, upgrades and troubleshooting. Duties • Create a safe, professional work environment for team members, clients and the public. • Interact with customers in a polite, professional manner. • Perform all aspects of electrical, including troubleshooting, rewires, new construction, and service upgrades. • Work with foreman to complete electrical projects as assigned. • Supervise trainees. • Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools. • Lift, carry, and push heavy items (up to 60 pounds). • Work effectively in dark, dirty, cramped spaces; work is often performed in crawl spaces and attics. • Assist other team members as needed. • Safely drive a company truck through narrow, hilly residential streets. • Maintain accurate paperwork. • Carry out written and verbal instructions. • Other duties as assigned.
