Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Report electrical projects requested by other departments to the Electrical Supervisor. • Work on assigned electronic projects throughout the company as needed. • Maintain and repair electronic equipment throughout the company on a daily basis. • Frequently monitor electrical supplies and list as items need replenished. • Good communication with logistics, managers, supervisors and mechanics. • Maintain the high standard and quality of workmanship throughout the company. • Complete and comply with the safety program. • Enforce safety standards to represent the Electrical Department. • Complete a daily work report with accurate work descriptions. • Be an example and an advocate of the Stemilt Handbook and Stemilt Safety programs. Requirements: • 2 years industrial electrical experience or adequate electronic training. • Knowledge of National Electrical Code and WAC 296-46B. • Comfortable working from ladders and platforms 20' off the ground. • Ability to read, write and troubleshoot relay ladder control logic. • Capable of reading and understanding blueprints for large projects. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. • Possess a sense of urgency to demonstrate as needed. • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work unsupervised. • Strong computer background with Microsoft Office. • Knowledge of PLC's and VFD's a big plus--not required. • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a big plus--not required. • Military technical training a big plus--not required.
