Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. • 5+ years of Journeyman-level experience with a current Washington EL01 License. • Strong understanding of electrical safety practices (NFPA 70E). • Skilled in working on 480V power distribution systems, troubleshooting control signals and instrumentation, and using electrical test equipment (Multimeter, Megohmmeter, Hipot, Process Calibrator). • Knowledgeable in electrical codes/regulations (including NFPA 79, UL 508). • Able to read and update schematics, blueprints, and technical documents. • Hands-on experience in control system design, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting in industrial environments. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong computer skills. • Self-motivated with sound decision-making abilities. • Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, crawling, etc.).
