Qualifications: • Proven experience (10 years) in a managerial role within the countertop fabrication and installation industry. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • In-depth knowledge of countertop materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and customer service. • Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions under pressure. • Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, engineering, or related fields are great but not required. Construction Laborer

Job Description: Your main goal as a Crawlspace Technician/Construction Laborer will be to help solve customers' problems regarding the condition of their crawl space and/or basement. You will be working closely with 1-2 other crew members to address our customers' needs by remediating moisture issues (laying moisture barrier, digging drains, installing dehumidifiers, etc.) and helping to repair structural damage (sistering joists, building drop girders, etc.) in the crawl space and/or basement.
