Key Responsibilities • Perform high-quality carpentry work on custom residential projects, including framing, trim, cabinetry, and built-ins • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction documents • Collaborate with Site Superintendents and Project Managers to meet timelines and specifications • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment • Use and maintain tools and equipment in good working order • Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving on site Qualifications • 3+ years of carpentry experience, preferably in custom homes or high-end renovations • Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship • Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites • Experience with sustainable building practices is a plus Salary & Benefits • Full-time position • Competitive hourly rate at $25 to $30/hour, based on experience • 4 weeks of paid vacation annually • Flexible, supportive work culture that values personal time and balance • Opportunities for growth into lead carpenter or supervisory roles Ready to Build with Precision?
