Lead Interior Carpentry Projects: Take the lead on interior carpentry projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks according to project specifications and timelines. 2. Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior carpenters, assisting them in developing their skills and knowledge in carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. 3.
