SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum of four (4) years’ experience as a Concrete Finisher in refinery, chemical, petrochemical, or similar plant construction or maintenance. Knowledge of carpentry tools. Experience in building forms for pours and preps, pours, and finishes concrete. Must be able to pass Craft proficiency testing at or above 70%. Complete Matrix Service Safety training, Process Safety Management training and Client / Site specific training. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active status within the approved drug testing program. Must pass background check.
