About the position Responsibilities • Perform all types of building repairs and renovations. • Conduct construction tasks as needed within the hospital. • Ensure compliance with hospital practices and safety standards. • Work independently with little or no supervision. Requirements • High School diploma or equivalent. • Completion of trade schools related to carpentry. • At least 5 years of experience in all phases of carpentry. • Licensure or certification to install various systems as per product manufacturer. • Knowledge of N.C. Building Codes, ADA Standards, OSHA Regulations, Life Safety Codes, and Health Care Facilities Handbooks.
