We specialize in New Construction Punch Out and New Construction Warranty and Year Ends. We work M-F, generally 7AM-4PM. Somedays shorter and somedays are longer. We might do one job in a day or might do 4, everyday is different, you will not get bored with repetition. Part time or Full Time OK as long as the days are consistent. Looking for a MASTER CONCRETE FINISHER! MUST KNOW HOW TO RE-SKIM DRIVEWAYS, REPAIR OR PATCH DAMAGED CONCRETE, APPLY SEALANTS, HARDNERS, AND CURERS, GENERAL CONCRETE R&R! HUGE PLUS if you also know how to do DRYWALL, PAINTING, TRIM CARPENTRY, AND HANDYMAN WORK! Our Company is a Trade Partner with several National Home Builders. We are looking to hire a few Independent Contractors to work for us doing builder punch work, before the home has closed and post-close warranty work at the homeowner's home. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and whom is dedicated, honest, hardworking, trustworthy, clean and neat, speaks fluent English, doesn't mind working outside or inside, takes initiative, self motivated, polite, high moral standards and has the drive to succeed. Position PREFERS the ability to: 1. Repair, Patch and Texture Drywall. Including patch work, taping, mudding, texture (hopper and can texture) sanding and painting; 2. Interior Painting; 3. Cut, install, caulk and paint trim; and 4. Various repairs throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Must have the following tools to start: 1. Smart phone; 2. Surface Grinder/Concrete Planer, Power Washer, Mixing Paddle + Drill, Trowels, Squeegees, Concrete Float, Gauge Rake, Edgers/Groovers 3. Sprayers - (HVLP, Pump, Airless); Rollers and Roller Frames 4. Basic hand tools 5. Level/Laser Level, Measuring Tape, etc. 6. Clean up supplies including broom, dustpan, swifter, sponges, rags, paper towels, cleaning spray, dustpan, etc. • **IF YOU CAN DO DRYWALL - Drywall Texture Matching must be at least a 9 out of a 1-10 with 10 being as perfect as can be. We are looking for independent, honest self starters who want to work with an excellent company where you are appreciated and there is no drama. Our work quality and our attitude must be stellar.*** Need guys that show up EVERYDAY, ON TIME. This is a position where you can have as many days off as you wish.... IN ADVANCE.... Once the job has been scheduled, it can not be cancelled. Often this person will be working by themselves inside of a home, or within the home while the homeowner is present performing warranty work. We might do one job per day or three jobs per day, M-F. Payday is every other Friday, Direct Deposit. 1099, No Taxes Taken Out. We work off an app on your phone wherein you get your schedule, you clock in and out and upload notes and photos to app. We cover all materials, you cover all tools. This is not back breaking work. Things we don't do... Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roofs or full installs of anything. Travel time between jobs is paid at hourly rate.
