Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with the ability to create high-quality wooden structures and fixtures. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for various tasks related to construction and remodeling projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality. Duties • Construct, install, and repair wooden structures such as doors, frames, and cabinetry. • Fits parts together in accordance with the prescribed manner and in accordance with quality standards • Candidate is self-motivated, can read, interpret instructions and take direction with minimal guidance • Can operate basic machinery (example table-saws) or hand tools (measuring tape, shapers etc.) as required to complete the assembly process • Stacks completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label and band components/ finished products • Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate • Completes checklist and reports any issues, problems or concerns • Maintains production records are accurate and complete as required • Checks materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards • Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules and standards of OSHA and company guidelines • Participates in programs, trainings and meetings • Performs other duties as assigned • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
