See More Details >>Location Warner Robins, GA 31095 US (Primary) Category Engineering Job Type Full-Time Job Description Duties and Responsibilities • Serves as an Aerospace Engineer in C-130 Structures Engineering, AFLCMC/WLNE, C-130 Hercules Division. • Mastery of the theories, principals, practices, methods, and techniques of aerospace structural engineering is required to rapidly and authoritatively provide C-130 fleet support. • This position is responsible for C-130 structural engineering support to the field users, C-130 depot repairs, and DLA requests. • This includes response to field requests for engineering disposition and repair tooling development, safety investigations, engineering support for major structural modifications, and configuration definition and First Article response activities for DLA procurements. • These duties are critical to assisting USAF C-130 units in meeting Airworthiness and Operational Safety, Suitability, & Effectiveness (OSS&E) requirements. Job Requirements Qualifications • Requires a bachelor’s degree and/ or Masters in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. • Must have or be able to obtain secret clearance. • Must have C-130 experience.
