Job Description • Job Title: Lead Mechanical Engineer • Base Salary: $85,000 • Location: Vidalia, GA • Work model: Full-time, on-site, salaried • Travel Requirements: 0-10% Essential Job Functions: • Lead the design, development, and testing of aerospace components • Provide day-to-day oversight and guidance to engineers and technicians • Collaborate with leadership to define engineering priorities and allocate resources across projects • Review and approve technical drawings and documentation for accuracy and compliance with aerospace standards • Work collaboratively with R&D in developing new products. • Serve as a technical point of contact for customers to clarify requirements and resolve engineering questions • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability within the engineering team • Ensure consistent documentation, reporting, and communication across projects The above duties and responsibilities are not an all-inclusive list but rather a general representation of the duties and responsibilities associated with this position. Mechanical Systems Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician This is a highly skilled trade role that requires strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including fuel oil dispensers and related fueling equipment, food service equipment, and structural systems such as roofs, walls, doors, ceilings, etc. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for supporting the setup and installation of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, and conducting repairs when necessary.
