Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager - Design at RCF Technologies, Inc. located in Vidalia, GA. The engineering team is small, thus this would be a perfect opportunity for a new manager, or a senior engineer ready to move into management. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design team, managing projects, and ensuring designs meet quality and regulatory standards.
