Job Description Location: Tifton, GA (100% Onsite) As the Mechanical Engineer II, you will designs fabricate, modify and evaluate complex mechanical and electro-mechanical components, sub-systems and systems. • Write test procedures, compile and evaluate design and test data and prepare technical specifications • Recommend design approaches to meet production requirements for new or improved products or processes. • Coordinate with technical support personnel to conduct prototypes or experimental runs for products or processes. • Work with Manufacturing team and Production team on solving the production issues. • Review the design and Prototype with cross functional teams. • Flexible and able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Qualifications WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: • Bachelor's degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • At least 1 year of related experience. • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Hands on Experience working in the factory. • Experience with analytical and CAD software is a plus. • Experience with SAP and PLM is a plus. • Knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC systems and/or equipment is a plus. The compensation range is approximately $74,000 to $97,650, depending on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education.
