DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Specialty Chemical Manufacturing organization who is looking to add a Reliability Engineer to their team in Douglas, GA. The Reliability Engineer will act as the owner of the site Mechanical Integrity program. You will provide day-to-day leadership and expertise in reliability engineering activities that evaluate and improve the reliability of equipment, components, and processes using engineering methodologies and tools. Process Engineer

Title: Process Engineer Industry: Chemical Location: Douglas, GA DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Specialty Chemical Manufacturing organization in the Douglas, GA area who is looking to add a new Process Engineer to their team. You would be responsible for process development and engineering, production coordination and tracking, customer interface, planning, and communications. You will act as a technical resource for EHS and all plant personnel groups to safely start up and establish new products and to improve efficiencies for existing product (yield/process improvements). Responsibilities include: • Production Coordination and Tracking: Maintain and oversee Production Tracking Sheets for critical production/processes • Maintain Customer interface and communications • Develop and manage Batch Sheets for various processes as needed • Evaluations (new & existing processes) • Developing draft PFDs, and mass & energy balances • Scale-up and Design • Work with customer and internal personnel on an ongoing basis to evaluate the practical technical aspects of their R&D/scale-up work and provide guidance for most practical paths • Model unit operations and generate PFDs and P&IDs for processes • Project oversight for new equipment install and technical resource for design efforts • Vendor/contractor interface • Plant Tests and Production • Develop Procedures, campaign change-over documents • Assist with Process Hazard Reviews/Batch Sheet Safety Reviews • Lead/Assist with waste minimization efforts • Generate Pre-startup documents and shepherd sign-offs • New & existing process chemistry and unit operations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience. • Technical understanding of applied process development/process engineering and implementation for both batch and continuous processes • Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Chemical Process industry practices and standards, and regulatory compliance

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC- PROTEIN CONVERSION RE

Description To be considered for the position, a resume must be uploaded Mechanic Technician - Perform timely repair and routine maintenance. - Preventive maintenance on equipment. - Deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs. - Use precision measuring instruments, electrical and electronic testing devices. - Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches and schematics. - Experience using power tools, saws, drills, impacts, grinder, etc. - Inspect gearboxes, motors, belts and other operating devices. - Check fluid levels on gearboxes, lubricate bearings, replace filters and perform other maintenance actions following stablished checklist. - Recognize and diagnose mechanical failures and determine corrective action needed, check blueprints, manuals and parts catalog. - Should be able to work on high heat and cold environments, heights, confined spaces. - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time. - Perform pipe repairs. - Welding and fabrication skills preferred.
