Candidate must have extensive knowledge of commercial building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; ability to prioritize tasks; ability to identify issues and determine when repairs are necessary, as well as make necessary repairs or contract out; ability to plan and maintain maintenance schedules for building systems; must possess organizational skills, perform general maintenance duties and special maintenance projects to include vehicle upkeep, plumbing, painting, light carpentry, commercial equipment maintenance, and heating and air conditioning systems maintenance in accordance with our agency’s guidelines, as well as oversee the work performed by external service vendors. Maintains maintenance and custodial supplies and orders when needed. All federal, state and local licensing and safety requirements must be adhered to in the performance of duties.
