The Role As an Engineering Administrator, you will be working collaboratively with various teams to achieve efficient production and filing of QA documentation. You will be responsible for delivering administrative duties such as monitoring and acting on Production Engineering email inboxes, printing and collating production drawings, creating Exported BOMs, and checking/creating Workshop Travellers and Work Packs. You will also assist with the implementation of a new software system and carry out tasks on it. Additionally, you will work closely with the Workshop department to convert Plant Manager transmittals into Travellers and maintain the Traveller Register. Requirements • An Engineering, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical background is required. • Strong MS Office skills are essential. • A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn and develop skills are necessary.
