Job Summary: The Lead Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by Property Engineer and/or General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and overseeing the completion of maintenance tasks. Field Engineer - Construction

SUMMARY This position is a part of our Project Management Team for our various jobsite locations throughout the region. Engineers provide onsite engineering and technical support, quality control, construction management assistance, land surveys, and help maintain a safe working environment. Heavy civil construction or marine construction experience is preferred. Travel may be extensive. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned. • Development of project work element plans and JSAs • Coordinate project definable features of work with Manson superintendents, foremen, craft workers, and subcontractors • Computer Aided Drafting for analysis of lift equipment capabilities and depiction of work method sequencing • Critical path scheduling and 3 week look ahead scheduling • Review designs, drawings, and engineering data prepared by Manson consultants and vendors for conformance with project plans and specifications, and identify associated conflicts • Investigation and research for needed permanent and consumable material items, equipment, and tools • Inspection of newly delivered permanent materials for conformance with project requirements • Coordinate project activities with the client’s representatives and other project stakeholders • Falsework Design • Monitor of Manson and its subcontractors’ operations • Daily operations and quality control reporting • Project photographic records • General project support • Ensures compliance with Manson’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct • Responsible for practicing safe work standards and promoting an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work environment as a condition of employment SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES May directly supervise engineering interns. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform satisfactorily the essential duties and responsibilities noted above.
