What you will do Responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant electromechanical systems, this position is crucial in ensuring optimal plant uptime. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician will adhere to strict safety protocols and industry standards to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular preventative maintenance on electromechanical equipment. Effectively troubleshoot and repair complex problems associated with electromechanical machinery. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic systems. • Inventory and Quality Control: Maintain parts and equipment inventory. Verify part dimensions conform to specifications. Ensure all systems, equipment, and apparatus are safe for operation. • Administrative Duties: Complete and maintain required paperwork, records, and documentation. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards. Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures. • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the electromechanical technician training program. Participate on cross-functional teams to improve processes, methods, productivity, and quality while reducing costs. What you need to have • Education and Experience: Technical Degree in related field, journeyman’s card, or five plus years’ related experience as an industrial maintenance technician (electrical/mechanical). • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex documents, operate/maintain electrical and mechanical testing equipment, use precision measuring equipment, and operate hand and power tools. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and experience with welding/torch equipment. • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, focusing on customer service. • Physical Requirements: Frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, bending, lifting up to 60 lbs., and ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. • Preferred Experience: Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and /or Siemens PLCs and Drives. Mechanical Engineer - Commercial

Create models/drawings based on the specifications provided by dealers and the sales department. The Mechanical Engineer follows provided contracts and translates them into CAD software, following strict deadlines provided by the supervisor. The Mechanical Engineer follows deadlines of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Lay-out all mechanical manufactured material for all options, including assembly drawings • Create bills of materials for options, both purchased and manufactured parts • Support quality and warranty efforts. • Create and update sales/build/bid drawings • Assist sales with quotes, related to estimated material and build time • Develop body assemblies, using cad software if applicable • Develop new designs using your own ideas as well as those from others • Follow the Marion schedule and communicate behind schedule occurrences as early as possible • Handles material review board responsibilities for product engineering • Provide production support to operations and support team • Assist in product improvement initiatives • Manage / execute projects to completion, that may be assigned • Assigns project resources to specific phases or aspects of a project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing. • Prepares interim and completion project reports • Measures parts and assemblies during production to ensure compliance with design specifications • Attend trade shows as needed • Fill out corrective action documents • Attend Order Review meetings • Adhere to Marion Body Works Inc. Electro-Mechanical Technician II - Plant 6, PM Shift

We are expanding our Maintenance Department and looking to add experienced technicians to our Shawano team. In this role, you will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing machines, support equipment and components, and general building maintenance. If you're looking to work with cutting edge technology and machinery while working in a friendly work environment, let's talk! Hours: • PM Shift - 4:00pm to 4:00am • 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off rotation (NOT A SWING SHIFT) • Occasional overtime as needed What will I do in this role? In this position you will be expected to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment as needed during both breakdowns and preventative situations. This position requires a motivated individual who works safely in a team based environment. They need to have a strong ability to schedule and prioritize work, and to complete it in a timely manner. Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Additional Job duties include: • Perform regular scheduled Preventive Maintenance on printing and finishing machines, support equipment, auxiliary components, and general building maintenance. • Respond to reactive/unscheduled requests of production equipment focusing on minimizing down time by diagnosing problems, replacing, repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments or calibrations. • Use electrical test instruments including multimeter, amp meter, scope meter, and thermal imager to troubleshoot/repair equipment. • Disassemble machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. • Create and complete assigned work orders generated by the CMMS program. • Interpret electrical print/schematics, including symbol ID location, PLC card I/O controls, within various types of prints associated with North American, European, and Asian manufacturers. Minimum Qualifications: • Requires eight (8) years of electro-mechanical experience, or four (4) years of electro-mechanical experience with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology or similar. • Manage and complete equipment related projects on time. • Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment. • Support leadership in the event of absence. • Must be familiar with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480v three phase power. • Office software and computer navigation skills.
