WHAT OUR ASSISTANT MECHANICS DO Our Assistant Mechanics are essential to maintaining the top performance of our lanes, pinspotters/pinsetters, and building equipment. They skillfully conduct preventative maintenance and respond promptly to any necessary repairs. Primary Responsibilities • Uphold F5's Business Code of Ethics and report violations promptly. • Manage exempt-level staff, including performance evaluations, PTO approval, work assignment, training, mentorship, improvement plans, disciplinary action, and candidate interviews. • * Partner with management to define headcounts quarterly and yearly, ensuring SA organization scalability. • Ensure effective communication and build a teamwork environment. • Develop and prioritize SA organization to meet/exceed goals, focusing on technical and professional development. • Develop SA retention, recognition, compensation, and career planning. • Develop SE & SA skills assessment and job planning. • Identify consistent market trends and communicate them to PM, PD, etc., to drive product requirements and ensure customer success. • Present F5 strategy, solution messaging, and roadmap to C-level & technical audiences. • Demonstrate ability to understand customer requirements and challenges, presenting appropriate F5 solutions. • Identify and analyze competition. • Provide product feasibility analysis for sales efforts with sales leadership.
