Come join us and help us build for the future! This Role: Our finance team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. This would be a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, TX. What You Will Do: The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes and systems for HVAC products. How You Will Do It: • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of HVAC systems and components. • Collaborate with design and development teams to transition new HVAC products from prototype to full-scale production. • Specify, design, and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures to support production needs. • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality HVAC products. • Apply lean manufacturing and Industrial Engineering principles to eliminate waste, improve production efficiency, and optimize resource utilization. • Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and maintain production flow. • Collect and analyze production data to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement. • Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry regulations, environmental requirements, and safety standards. • Provide training and technical guidance to production staff on new equipment, processes, and procedures. What We're Looking For: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and 3-5 years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the HVAC or a related industry. • Demonstrated experience in Industrial Engineering techniques, process design, equipment specification, and production support. • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus. • Hold current authorization for employment in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future. • Knowledge of HVAC products and manufacturing processes. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing software (e.g., ERP systems). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues. • Understanding of Industrial Engineering methodologies, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
