Engineering Department Overview Develop, implement, improve, and troubleshoot production processes, methods, tooling, and equipment to include molds, molding machines, robotics and support systems. The department works hand in hand with our operations, sales, and finance groups to further the company’s goals. We are looking for an Engineering Manager passionate about making things, team collaboration, manufacturing, and automation. The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing technical and professional guidance to a technical team while maintaining an environment that embodies the Noble Plastics cultural values. The Engineering Manager is accountable for schedule, stakeholder communication, employee satisfaction, and project performance. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
