Qualifications/ Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 2-year technical degree and/or equivalent experience in the related field preferred. • 3 years' experience in a field support role is required. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • High level of technical ability. • Ability to solve complex problems and to relate to technical knowledge to specific applications. • Domestic and international travel. • Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs. • Must be able to stand in uncomfortable positions for some periods of time. • Must be able to work in varied weather conditions. • Must be comfortable getting dirty, and/or working in manufacturing areas. • Must be comfortable working at heights/manlifts.
