Position Summary This position is responsible for supporting the operation of the Facilities Engineering part through providing parts, recording the relevant information into the system, and troubleshooting Role and Responsibilities 1. G-MES Record Management: Update the trouble shooting cases, improvement plan, parts inventory and additional information into the system. 2. Administrative support and Data management: Generate regular reports regarding main issues across the FE part to help the part leader make decisions in a timely manner. 3. Spare parts inventory management: Record the list of the parts for maintenance and preventive actions and maintain the proper inventory level in order to provide them when needed. 4. Trouble shooting record management: Generate reports that include the category of trouble shooting, root cause, frequency and etc. This is a problem list about the production line. 5. Workforce assessment: Generate reports that include skillset assessment of each technician and engineer based on their day to day tasks. 6. Keep track of issued PUMIs and POs to create reports to give to Finance for payment. 7. Project scheduling for new machine instalation, machine overhaul, set-up schedule, traveler schedule, shipment schedule. Monitors and reports on plan vs. actual. 8. Communicate with Utilities and EHS to plan to execute work (i.e. hot work permits, chemical permits, etc.). 9. Maintain records management across various systems (i.e. Octopus system, Predict-eye, BQMS, GMES, CIS, S-GTM, etc.). 10. Vendor research and registration. Then asset purchasing. 11. Create training schedule and then track all FE employee's training completion. 12. All other duties as assigned. #LI-ONSITE Skills and Qualifications 1. Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration or Higher preferred or HS diploma or GED with minimum of 2 years of working experience 2. Experience: Some experience in a manufacturing environment within production maintenance is preferred but not required 3. Knowledge: Technical knowledge of spare parts and specifications 4.
