The Park Maintenance Worker maintains and enhances Park District's facilities by performing unskilled and, as capable, semi-skilled jobs in a manner which assures a quality product and programs consistent with Park District policies. Essential Functions: • Performs unskilled and, as capable, semi-skilled work of a routine, repetitive nature in a responsible manner i.e., mowing, weed trimming, building and facility maintenance such as cleaning. • Performs routine maintenance on Park Operation's building facilities and grounds. • Makes minor mechanical repairs and service on division's equipment as directed. • Works with semi-skilled and skilled-level employees toward to completion of construction renovation projects and repair work of facilities. • Works towards the proficiency in the operation and maintenance of equipment. • Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of key/significant issues or concerns. • Carries out duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a safe work environment and surrounding area for oneself, co-workers and public. Task Force General Manager(Columbus, OH ) based

POSITION PURPOSE AND SUMMARY Deployed to perform special task or specific projects within Ohio, will require travel to Ohio or relocation. Will require 3 weeks out of 4 in Ohio. Oversees, directs, and manages property operations of assigned hotel(s) to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the Key Performance Indicators and company metrics. MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES • Provides leadership and direction for a specific hotel in the absence of the General Manager or District Manager.
