Key Responsibilities: • Lead and Supervise Teams: Manage pipefitters, pipe welders, and helpers on-site, assign tasks, and ensure top-notch execution while promoting teamwork and accountability. • Plan and Execute Projects: Interpret blueprints and create detailed work plans, and ensure all permits, safety notices, and job office setups are in place and compliant. • Maintain Safety & Quality: Conduct regular inspections, monitor safety practices, and make real-time decisions to uphold the highest standards. • Track Progress & Costs: Keep detailed daily logs, manage change orders, and monitor labor, material usage, and expenses to maintain budget compliance. • Solve Problems On the Fly: Tackle design conflicts, equipment issues, or scheduling delays with smart, effective solutions to keep the project moving. • Push for Better: Identify ways to improve workflows and increase operational efficiency on every project. What You Bring to the Table: • Minimum 5 years of pipefitting experience. • Proven leadership as a Mechanical Project Foreman (or similar role) in the construction industry. • Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping systems, and equipment installation. • Excellent blueprint reading and technical interpretation skills. • Experience with construction codes (IMC), OSHA regulations, and safety compliance. • Proficiency with iPads, computers, and project management tools. • Outstanding communication, organization, and decision-making skills. • A strong sense of urgency and dedication to delivering high-quality work — safely and on time. Process Mechanical Designer

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Process Mechanical Designer in Gainesville, FL. You’ll be charged with designing and drafting process mechanical systems for water and wastewater pump stations, treatment facilities/processes for water and wastewater plants, conveyance systems, and developing construction drawings.
