We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior level Geotechnical Engineer to join our growing practice. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead major projects, engage in risk management, and expand your influence as our company continues to grow. You will join our Oregon based team and collaborate closely with our 1800+ team members nationwide. Responsibilities: • Lead the Oregon geotechnical practice, overseeing major project engagements and ensuring effective risk management strategies. • Collaborate with geology and geotechnical practice line leads in addition to other technical teams across Oregon to facilitate project execution and client satisfaction. • Drive business growth through strategic client interface and relationship management with emphasis in the public market sector • Maintain a flexible work schedule with limited travel, primarily within Oregon and occasionally outside Oregon as needed. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. • OR licensed Geotechnical Engineer (GE) • Minimum of 15 years of experience with a proven track record in leading complex projects and teams. • Experience in seismic analysis, design, and retrofitting methodologies. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and industry peers.
