Plus, you will earn extra shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours: • $1.79 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm • $3.75 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am • $1.60 extra for working weekends Position Summary The Maintenance Engineer 3, Shift Engineer performs skilled maintenance, repair, construction and/or retrofits as a general/shift engineer. They perform skilled work within trade specialty on a variety of equipment, machinery, buildings and/or electrical systems throughout the Asante Health System. They may maintain a variety of equipment and systems ranging from the very basic to the complex, including critical equipment and systems. They may serve as a technical expert in a trade specialty and guide the work of others, as well as serving as a Lead or Project Manager on assigned construction projects within the Real Estate & Sustainable Planning Department. They achieve the highest level of safety and reliability and ensures that maintenance, repair, construction and/or retrofits meet all regulatory compliance standards. They ensure optimum performance and efficiency to guarantee customer satisfaction.
