Job Details Description POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision, performs preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, machinery and grounds. Adheres to and supports the Sky Lakes Business Priorities and Core Values. QUALIFICATIONS Required: Three (3) years’ experience in maintenance, electrical or mechanical field required; knowledge of methods and techniques used in electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance; knowledge of electrical and building codes preferred; Possession of valid Oregon driver’s license; excellent driving record and ability to be insured by the hospital’s auto insurance policy. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Inspects, tests, adjusts and repairs all Physical Plant machinery, heating, cooling, piping and electrical systems, and records maintenance in accordance with schedules. • Operates and maintains all Physical plant machinery and equipment. • Replaces, repairs and calibrates HVAC components, and replaces filters. • Constructs and repairs building structure, walls, floor, ceiling, cabinets and furniture. • Tests and operates emergency generators. • Inspects, tests, cleans, and may repair fire equipment, alarms, switches, and sensors. • Inspects, adjusts and repairs miscellaneous hospital equipment including beds, autoclaves, centrifuge, meat slicers and ovens. • Maintains record of all inspections, tests, and repairs. • Performs security checks of building, parking lot and equipment. • Removes ice and snow from walkways, roads, and parking lot during winter months. • Responds to safety and security calls. • Inventories orders and changes medical gases and LOX. • Maintains competency in all position responsibilities. • Demonstrates competence in relation to the defined mission, vision, values, and strategic plan of the organization. Project Engineer

Type: Full-Time Base Pay: $65,000 to $85,000, depending on experience Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be responsible for working on a team to plan and design a variety of water, wastewater, utility, site development, water resources, and transportation projects. Responsibilities include development and monitoring of project scope, budget, schedule, and project delivery plan, developing studies, reports, design drawings, and technical specifications, and making presentations. This position will be responsible for planning, design, funding assistance, bidding, and construction management for water, wastewater, site development, other municipal infrastructure projects, and/or transportation projects. Projects will be located primarily in southern Oregon. REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 5 years of experience designing water, wastewater, and/or other infrastructure projects for public entities (cities, counties, ports, districts, etc.). Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, are preferred to be licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon, or must have at a minimum an Engineering Intern status with the ability to obtain a Professional Engineers license within one year of employment. Additionally, candidates’ resumes must show experience with public speaking and participating in meetings with clients, the public, and contractors, experience developing and writing planning documents, experience developing work agreements and task orders, and experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
