This exciting opportunity is for Electrical and Mechanical Engineers who want to be founding members of the Wyoming Buildings Market Group. You must be motivated to establish our Wyoming presence in the market as well as have enthusiasm for helping grow the group. These Electrical and Mechanical Engineering positions will work innovatively and collaboratively with the firm’s full service Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Buildings Market Group, as well as with the Civil Engineering disciplines within Morrison-Maierle to create comfortable, healthy, energy efficient, sustainable, and productive spaces. Our team approach to buildings and structures promises to deliver final projects that are coordinated, cost-effective, sustainable solutions that will meet the needs of our clients for the long-term. Project Types: Airports, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Municipal, Healthcare, Government, Hospitality, and Mining. Electrical Engineers: Designing of power plans: receptacle and HVAC and owner equipment power connections, main electrical equipment room layouts, 1-line diagrams, emergency generator and uninterruptible power systems. Panel and equipment schedules. Designing of lighting plans: light fixture layouts, lighting calculations, photometric lighting analysis, lighting controls. Designing of systems plans: fire alarm, voice / data, security, paging and public address systems. Mechanical Engineers: Designing, planning, scheduling, conducting and/or coordinating detailed phases of studies, investigations, and preparation of contract documents for HVAC and plumbing systems, energy studies/improvements, sustainable design elements and other components for buildings and facilities. Mid-level Engineers: Duties will include working under the direction of the Project Manager and Phase Managers in the execution of project related duties. Senior Engineers: These positions will provide a rewarding opportunity for a person driven to exceed client and firm expectations in the areas of: managing budgets, schedules and deliverables; undertaking the technical work associated with engineering design; leading business development pursuits; leading, managing and mentoring junior engineers. Project management, client service and team leadership skills are fundamental to the firm’s daily environment. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s degree preferred. Mid-Level: Minimum of 4 years’ experience, preferably in Architectural Engineering industry. A professional engineering (PE) license is preferred. Senior Level: Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably in Architectural Engineering industry. A professional engineering (PE) license is required. Experience with REVIT/BIM, AutoCAD, and LEED certification are a plus. Must be team oriented individual interested in being fully engaged in their work and making a difference in the communities they serve. High level communications skills are required, both written and verbal. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and work hard for overall project success are imperative. Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail are essential. Must have a valid driver license and insurable driving record. Salary: $75,000 - $110,000/year Locations: Sheridan or Casper, Wyoming are the preferred locations but will consider any location where Morrison-Maierle currently has offices. Project Engineer

Prospect Construction is currently seeking al Project Engineer to join our team based out of our Wyoming Office. • This position is based out of Sheridan, WY and will require out-of-town work for our projects located more than 1.5 hrs. from Sheridan. Subsistence is provided to cover expenses when traveling. Depending on the complexity of the project, travel could be part time or for the full duration of the project. Projects typically range from 3 months to 1 year. Prospect Construction is a Heavy Civil Contractor that specializes in water and wastewater treatment plants, hydraulic structures/facilities, shoring systems, large concrete tanks, pump stations/process facilities, dewatering, major excavations, structural steel, process equipment, and mechanical systems. Prospect began as a General Contractor in 1998, with our first office location in Puyallup Washington. Over the last few decades, Prospect has coupled its expertise in complex projects with its vast level of self-performance to grow into one of the premier treatment plant contractors in the Northwest. You will assist our Project Manager and Superintendents by ensuring the project is completed within the budget and on schedule by reviewing plans, working with field crews, procuring material, and making sure the field has all the necessary information for their upcoming tasks. Responsibilities can include but are not limited to: • Assist/draft purchase orders during the preplanning stage of the project and then identify scope gaps prior to PO issuance. • Provide proper distribution of all project information. • Coordinate the Prospect scope of work with the project drawings and specifications. • Assist in preparation of job start and project closeout binders and meeting materials. • Communicate with Architect, Engineer, and Owner, to assist the Project Manager with daily duties or act as Project Manager. • Process/ manage material deliveries and ensure that the materials received are inspected for quantity and quality in compliance with contract documents. • Coordinating field activities of self-performed and subcontracted work, as necessary. • Develops, processes and tracks equipment, material, and informational submittals. • Creates project specific work plans and review with Superintendent and field crews. • Obtains detailed knowledge of the contract, drawings, and specifications for project(s). • Create billing breakdowns and prepare billing substantiation. • Updates and manages all project files; this includes maintaining employee, vendor, and miscellaneous files. • Conducts quantity take-off and pricing estimates for internal and external uses. • Coordinates with the safety team to create and communicate site safety plans and ensure compliance. Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable degree—or equivalent work experience preferred. • Ability to access and work in all areas of a construction site in all types of environments and weather conditions. • Ability to work well with a team or independently. • Strong work ethic and communication skills • Thorough attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies. • Prior construction or Internship in the construction field a plus Prospect is looking for individuals that exemplify our core values of Passion, Courage, Team, and Stewardship.
