Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in our production process, working with various wood processing centers and participating in hands-on training to ensure your success. Main Responsibilities: • Sort, stack, and grade wood based on size and material grade • Operate chop saws, compound miter saws, and other equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with guidance from your supervisor • Cross-train in multiple departments for added variety and increased earnings potential Compensation: • Monday-Thursday: $20 per hour • Evenings: 2:30 p.m.- $21 per hour • Weekends: 4:15 a.m.- Friday-Sunday: $21.50 per hour Benefits Package: • Health insurance starting from the first day of employment • Paid holidays and time off • A built-in raise after 3 months of service • Relocation benefit package (if applicable) Please note that all shifts require mandatory overtime.
