Highlights of our Manufacturing Engineer Role: Hands on involvement to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods. Confer and coordinate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of equipment, materials, or parts. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and designs layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Champion trials to test and validate new equipment and processes. Manage and drive capital projects to successful completion. Oversee and support plant environmental responsibilities on site. You’re a Good Fit for our Manufacturing Engineer position if you have: A bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical, preferred). 1 year of relevant work experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Proven Project Management skills required. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Ability to self-start and work independently or in a team environment. Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 depending upon experience. Some of our benefits include.
