Project Estimator (Masonry, Metal Framing & Drywall)

Advanced Masonry/Drywall Systems, based in Sarasota, Florida since 1985, seeks a full-time Project Estimator with experience in commercial construction estimating. The right candidate for this position will work from our Sarasota Office; have proven experience performing commercial construction takeoffs for the drywall and masonry scopes of work; have a strong and diligent attention to detail; is knowledgeable of construction means, methods, and materials; is proficient in Excel, Word, and Quick Bid/On-Screen Takeoff estimating programs; can work with field personnel to establish vendors, process RFI’s, and change orders; and assist with monitoring job progress and costs. Construction Laborer

Crush-It, Inc. is a custom concrete and asphalt recycling provider in business since 2002. Family-owned and operated, all team members are treated like family members. The company has continued to grow into multiple states over the last 17 years and we are looking for career-minded individuals to grow with us. All team members will have the opportunity to advance quickly to heavy equipment operator with training provided. Work is performed outside in a typical construction site environment and you must be willing to travel to job sites during the work week. Safety equipment is provided with the exception of jeans and boots. Regular and overtime hours are provided on a weekly basis. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete and masonry projects, from initiation to completion.
