The right candidate for this position will work from our Sarasota Office; have proven experience performing commercial construction takeoffs for the drywall and masonry scopes of work; have a strong and diligent attention to detail; is knowledgeable of construction means, methods, and materials; is proficient in Excel, Word, and Quick Bid/On-Screen Takeoff estimating programs; can work with field personnel to establish vendors, process RFI’s, and change orders; and assist with monitoring job progress and costs.
