Construction Worker (Demolition) Job Description Technicians will be trained on the job and must have previous experience performing manual or general labor on a new construction site. Candidates should be comfortable working on ladders and removing water-damaged materials such as floorboards or walls. This role involves customer interaction and requires a positive attitude and strong work ethic. We are open to training individuals from the warehouse industry who can handle the work environment and demonstrate drive. Heavy construction laborers are responsible for performing various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: shoveling, raking, hand sweeping, setting bracing, forming, rigging, tying, cutting, patching and cleaning.
