Job Summary: The Block Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the block production team on their respective shifts. The role includes supervising production activities, conducting machinery inspections, managing product flow, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and communicating with management regarding any issues that arise. Experience in a block or concrete manufacturing environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
