Review the construction drawings, documents, and contract scopes of work. • Assist management in the selection of contractors for the right job at the right price. • Obtain a Certificate of Occupancy and/or Certificate of Compliance for each project. • Coordinate construction activities with tenant representatives to minimize the impact on their operations while obtaining a high degree of construction efficiiency.
