Construction Project Assistant Full-Time | On-Site We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Assistant to support our project managers and field teams. This role is essential in keeping projects running smoothly by coordinating documentation, communication, scheduling, and compliance tasks. Project Tracking & Support • Monitor project milestones, schedules, change orders, and daily reports. • Assist with tracking task completion and ensuring work stays on schedule. Budget & Administrative Support • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, cost tracking, and financial updates. • Support the project team with scheduling updates and general administrative needs. Safety & Compliance • Help maintain safety documentation and certifications. • Support regulatory compliance by tracking required forms and distributing safety materials. Qualifications • Prior experience in construction administration or project coordination preferred. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail); experience with construction software is a plus.
